Is Staging Necessary?

Since becoming a Realtor in 2005, I've developed a strong commitment to creating smooth and seamless transactions for both buyers and sellers.  Over the years, however, one of the things that stood out is that many of my Sellers  had a hard time preparing their homes for showings and to be introduced to the market.  They would often be overwhelmed by the prospect of decluttering their home or making the adjustments needed to attract as many buyers as possible, and get the highest possible price for their home -- so I would step in to help.

Staging was always something that came naturally to me, but after discovering that offers were typically made much more quickly --sometimes even within a matter of days -- with each successful staging, I decided to take my design skills to the next level and officially become an Accredited Staging Professional, which I've been able to use to help my clients achieve results. This is one of the things that has set me apart from others in the Industry. In addition to my legal background processing complex Real Estate transactions, which help my clients avoid the pitfalls of buying and selling homes, I also provide staging services.

When trying to decide if your home needs adjustments, think of it like this: In the same way that if you were going on a first date or a job interview, you would only have ONE opportunity to make a great first impression, it's the same for your house.  When I visit your home for the first time, I look at it through the eyes of potential buyer, ensuring that there are no barriers to keep you from achieving your goal.
